Integrative Massage Therapy

Integrative Massage Therapy focuses on the release of tension in your body’s muscular tissue by using varied techniques in combination with different speeds & rhythms. The goal of any session is to ease the tightness, soreness, and/or pain from a variety of daily life circumstances and activities.

$60 for 1/2 hour session

$90 for one-hour session

$120 for 90-minute session

 

Reiki Massage with Sound Healing

A gentle, healing-hands approach to energetically balancing the whole body using Usui Shiki Reiki; acupressure or lymphatic drainage where appropriate; the harmonizing tones of tuning forks, crystal or metal bowls; along with other tools & techniques.

Enjoy a 90-minute or 2-hour session 

 

Reflexology

A method of detoxifying and balancing the energy system in the body using pressure points on the feet or hands in combination with aromatherapy oils.

$60 for a half-hour session

 

Other Services

• Chair Massage provides quick relief for upper body tension in a short, focused session. De-stress after a long day or as a great mid-day pick me up to keep your overall well-being on track. 

$1 per minute (10-minute minimum, up to 20 minutes)

• Shamballa Reiki session provides a gentle, energetic way to reduce stress, chronic tension, and balance the mind/body for deep relaxation through bio-energy transference.

$75 per 45-minute session
